HOW TO BECOME A NEW CLIENT AND JOIN THE KAT'S CAT CARE FAMILY:

How it works:
Join the Kat's Cat Care family by completing the required forms and following the steps outlined below:
1.) Complete the required forms. The forms can be viewed and/or downloaded from the FORMS page. They can be completed digitally or manually, as you prefer. Once this is done, you can either return them to me via PDF attachments through e-mail or provide the hard copies at the initial Meet-and-Greet visit. This helps to streamline the process for all.
2.) CONTACT ME to schedule to informal Meet-and-Greet visit to be done at your home. After you have completed the required forms, you can contact me to schedule the initial home visit. This visit is required before I can schedule any services. It is a chance for us to get to know each other, ask questions/address concerns, tour the home and all areas that I will need access to, meet your pets, and to create a custom care plan that will be used to care for your pets. If you plan to schedule services soon, it is recommended that you provide the key/code necessary to access the home at this time. If you prefer to leave the keys on the premises in a designated location, please be sure to indicate same on the intake forms.
3.) Schedule services. Once you have completed the enrollment process, you can schedule appointments anytime via text(preferred), e-mail, or phone call. I will always acknowledge requests and work with you to find a suitable alternative if I am not available as requested.
I ask that you PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS ALONE AND UNATTENDED! I will always send a confirmation/invoice via e-mail or text once the service or service period has been booked. If you do not get a confirmation/invoice from me in a timely manner, please reach out to me! As much as I love my computer and smart phone, sometimes messages can get lost or directed to the wrong address, etc. I cannot be held responsible for any technical issues that may happen.
PLEASE NOTE: All visits are scheduled by TIME FRAME and NOT BY TIME. This is simply due to the fact that I spend a lot of time on the road traveling from one visit to the next and there are a lot of variables that can affect my schedule.
4.) Payment. Payment is due at the first scheduled visit for every service period. Late payments may result in a service fee and billed to your account. All accounts must be paid-in-full and current before any future services will be booked.
At the present time, I can only accept CASH PAYMENTS. Once I get the business up and running, I hope to be able to accept other forms of payment, including local checks, credit/debit cards, and transfers. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
I will keep this website up-to-date and post any change/updates as they happen.
5.) Policies and Procedures. My Policies and Procedures will always be available and posted on my website. They are subject to change without advance notice. Please be sure to review them regularly.

IMPORTANT: It is up to YOU to keep all of the information on file up-to-date and current. It is recommended that you review and update your information regularly.
Please remember that I use the forms and custom care plan when I care for your pets. All changes must be done IN WRITING and ON MY FORMS to become part of your file.
